First time ordering delivery at around 9 and they close at ten which is great ! Food came really prompt (driver told me they had three drivers running which was good to hear too) after they told me it'd be 25 minutes came in less than 15. Ordered crab Rangoon and general tso dinner combo. Crab Rangoon was excellent ! Tso was good as well as the rice. Surprisingly good amount of veggies w the chicken too. And some spare rib in the pork fried rice. All things were great. Price was good timeliness was great delivery man was courteous. Only complaint if I had to be a critic was more chicken than rice could have come but still excellent decision for my liking !

Nothing terribly special. They did deliver, and it was pretty quick and the food was steaming hot which is good. But the crab ragoon was seriously lacking, they barely had any filling and they tasted strange. The food is pretty generic Chinese take out, it was ordinary. I ordered shrimp and broccoli and the shrimp and it wasn't that great. Food probably tastes amazing when drunk though.

The search for excellent Chinese food in Cape Coral continues! Ordered delivery on a holiday weekend Sunday night- very courteous, helpful, and on time delivery! Prices are reasonable. All elements of the order were present and hot. Now the the bad news- the Pu Pu Platter was horrid! Chicken nuggets on a Pu Pu Platter? The skewered red thin piece of leather I believe was supposed to be beef. All of the fried elements were not good, I think they needed to change the oil- worst egg roll I have ever had, mushy grey/brown stuff with very little vegetable or crunch in filling. The fantail shrimp in a flat wonton wrapper was gooey in the center, and fried something in a wonton (have no idea what it was supposed to be) were just not edible. All the previous mentioned were obviously bulk purchased frozen, not fresh made. The chicken wings were not bad, just okay, at least very crispy. Ribs were passable, but nothing special. The entree's- Moo Goo Gai Pan, and their "specialty" dish Four Seasons, one with white rice, one with fried. Also they offer soda in single cans and 2 liter for delivery, as well as other drinks. Cash or credit for delivery only, no checks. First the GOOD- vegetables in both retained the right amount of crunch, sauce on the Moo Goo was well flavored, almost garlicky. The fried rice was nice, and not greasy, the pork and vegetables in the fried rice were also not over cooked. Also they offer smaller portions for less- we got the small Moo Goo Gai Pan, could have done two small entrees, as the portion size is very plentiful (standard size will feed two adults with soup and an appetizer). Also only $1.00 delivery charge! End of the Good- onto the not so good- the white rice was sticky and over cooked (mush!) and the Four Seasons, was a mess- brown "gravy" like sauce was salty and lacked any true Asian "spice", the vegetables in both dishes were uninspired- huge chunks of either cabbage or bok choy bases made up the bulk of the vegetables, with some mushrooms, and broccoli. Minimal carrots, no snow peas, no bamboo shoots, no water chestnuts, no scallions, in other words - very bland and pedestrian. The Four Seasons shrimp tasted like it was breaded then soaked in the puddle of sauce covering the dish, creating a mushy feel (I hope it was pre-breaded or else it was really not good!). The egg drop soup was acceptable, no other comment needed. All matter of condiments were present in the take out bag (BONUS and actually worth a star itself), but no chop sticks (no I did not request them, but it's Chinese food). The entire meal as a whole was not impressive or even memorable. Feel as though I wasted my $35.00 bucks, but live and learn. Full Circle- the search continues!!

They are always super nice. The food arrives quickly & hot. They handle our special orders with no problem. The delivery guy is a sweetheart. I've tried a lot of different Chinese delivery places but always come back here.

The people were not very friendly, which I can get over. But it was really dirty looking in the kitchen and there was a big bowl of cooked chicken sitting out extremely close to the filthy floor. The door in the kitchen to the back was open (it was pretty hot in there) so I can only imagine what kind of bugs are in their kitchen. All of that aside, I didn't eat much of my food, I couldn't even tell you what I ordered. My husband that his was ok, and he is pretty easy to please when it comes to food.

Let me start off by saying that the food is great. It's the service that is poor. Long story short I placed an order and didn't get everything I ordered. I called them and they barely apologized and told me I would have to come pick it up. When I came there, they didn't have both items that were missing done. Therefore I had to wait another 10 mins. By the time I got home, the original food was cold. Definitely won't be going back. Really poor service.

Best Chinese take out in town. Really that we've ever had! My husband and I have been ordering from Hua's for over 10 years and the quality has never faltered. Food is delivered fast and piping hot every time. Out of the 10 years we've only had a handful of bad orders and every single one was made right with a prompt re-delivery! Our favorites are crab Rangoon, beef and broccoli, Kung pao chicken, and chicken lo mien.

I was lost I pulled into a small typical strip mall. I was hungry. I saw this nondescript Hole in the wall Chinese place. Being adventurous I gave it a shot. . WOW I hit the jack pot... to steal the first reviewers words in Yelp.com . "Lunch specials have huge portions at excellent low prices. They are insanely good. They are insanely huge. And the dipping sauce rocks your socks off.." The Beef Chow Fun is great. The pork in in garlic sauce is excellent with fresh mushrooms and veggies. They deliver to your door and deliver the quality and taste of chinese food.. seek them out and give them a try.

Well, I've never thought that I would be missing a strip mall Chinese joint, but since I returned home after an eight-month stint in SWFL (over 18 months ago) I can't get this place off of my mind. Lunch specials have huge portions at excellent low prices. I think I had about half their menu and didn't run into a bad dish. The thing that I constantly crave, though, is their fried dumplings. They are insanely good. They are insanely huge. And the dipping sauce rocks your socks off. One of these days, Hua's, I will return to devour your cheap and tasty Chinese fare. One of these days...

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
